What is the project about?
Fight Against Love Scam (FaLS) is a 24-month Erasmus+ project (2024–2026) dedicated to protecting seniors from online romance fraud. Love scams are a growing digital threat that exploit loneliness, emotional vulnerability, and low digital literacy. FaLS tackles this problem through innovative education, psychological insights, and practical tools, ensuring seniors can navigate the online world safely and confidently.
- Empower seniors with digital skills to detect misinformation, scams, and fraudulent tactics.
- Support adult educators with knowledge, methods, and resources to train and guide seniors effectively.
- Raise awareness about the psychological manipulation behind scams, breaking taboos around vulnerability and victimhood.
